Prepare your PostOnce account
Use a PostOnce plan with API access. Create a dedicated API key for this connection, and connect the social accounts you want to use before building a workflow that publishes.

Open the PostOnce integration in viaSocket
Open PostOnce in viaSocket, create a flow, select PostOnce as the trigger or action app, and follow viaSocket’s connection prompts. Keep your PostOnce credentials in viaSocket’s private connection UI.

Test before enabling the flow
Build a small test flow with PostOnce, run it with data you can recognize, and inspect the returned fields before enabling a production workflow.
viaSocket’s connection form and available fields can change, so follow the current prompts shown there rather than relying on a copied credential-field layout.

First workflow
Log each newly created PostOnce post in Google Sheets
1. Start with PostOnce
Create a new viaSocket flow and choose PostOnce → New Post Created as the trigger.
2. Add Google Sheets
Add a Google Sheets action that creates a row, then map the PostOnce fields you want to retain, such as the post ID and status when those fields are available.
3. Run one controlled test
Create a recognizable test post, confirm that one row is written, and inspect the post in PostOnce before enabling the flow.
This trigger tracks post creation. It does not prove that every destination published successfully. Use PostOnce post status data when your workflow needs to distinguish creation from delivery.
Questions before connecting
Do I need PostOnce API access?
Yes. The viaSocket connection is for PostOnce’s API integration, so use a PostOnce plan with API access and a dedicated key for the connection.
What if viaSocket cannot connect to PostOnce?
Create a fresh dedicated PostOnce API key, confirm your plan still includes API access, and reconnect through the current PostOnce connection prompt in viaSocket. Revoke a key you no longer use.
Does New Post Created mean the post was published?
No. It means PostOnce created the post record that triggered the flow. Publishing can still be scheduled, pending, completed, or failed by destination, so inspect the post status when delivery matters.
How do I stop the integration?
Disable or delete the relevant flow in viaSocket, remove the PostOnce connection there if you no longer need it, and revoke its dedicated API key in PostOnce Preferences.
