Terms and Conditions for PostOnce
Effective Date: May 21, 2026
Welcome to PostOnce. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostOnce, available at https://postonce.to, including our website, dashboard, publishing tools, automation workflows, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a social account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
PostOnce is a social media crossposting and publishing automation platform. The Service helps creators, teams, and businesses connect social media accounts, create or schedule content, configure workflows, and publish or crosspost content to supported platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, and other services we may support.
You may use PostOnce only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the rules, terms, and developer policies of any third-party platform you connect.
2. Accounts and Connected Platforms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PostOnce account and any connected social media accounts. You authorize PostOnce to use the access tokens and permissions you grant solely to provide the Service, including publishing, scheduling, syncing, adapting, and managing content according to your settings.
You are responsible for the content you submit, schedule, publish, crosspost, or import through PostOnce. You must have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required to use that content and to publish it to the platforms you select.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PostOnce to:
- Violate any law, regulation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party platform rule.
- Publish spam, deceptive content, malware, phishing links, or content intended to manipulate platform systems.
- Harass, impersonate, defame, threaten, or exploit others.
- Attempt to bypass platform rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or misuse the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Use PostOnce in a way that may damage, disable, overload, or impair the Service.
4. Third-Party Platform Terms
PostOnce integrates with third-party social platforms and APIs. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, policies, and API rules. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, rejected posts, account actions, API limits, or other decisions made by third-party platforms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through your account settings or by contacting support@postonce.to. We may offer trials, discounts, or refunds at our discretion or as stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
6. Ownership and License
PostOnce and its software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by PostOnce or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service according to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to PostOnce. You grant PostOnce a limited license to host, process, modify, adapt, transmit, and publish that content only as needed to operate the Service and perform the actions you request.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, OAuth tokens, submitted content, and platform data. You can read it at https://postonce.to/privacy-policy.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep PostOnce reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves or as third-party platform APIs change.
9. Termination
You may stop using PostOnce at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for PostOnce or other users, fail to pay required fees, or use the Service in a way that could violate platform rules or legal obligations.
After termination, we may delete or retain account data as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legal, security, billing, or compliance purposes.
10. Disclaimers
PostOnce is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that posts will publish successfully, that platform reach or engagement will improve, or that connected third-party services will remain available. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled and published content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostOnce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, social account restrictions, failed posts, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
