No. There’s no approval flow, client-facing calendar, analytics report or white label. Keep the tools you use for those. PostOnce picks up the post once it’s live on the client’s main account, however you published it.

PostOnce posts through each platform’s official posting APIs, the same way schedulers do. In our test of 40 YouTube channels there was no consistent drop in views after they started posting through PostOnce. Reach problems usually come from account standing, not from how a video was uploaded.

Yes. Each account in a workflow can add its own text before or after the original caption, like a client’s booking link on Facebook or hashtags on TikTok. You can also choose which posts go out: videos only, posts with or without certain hashtags, or no Trial Reels.

Yes. Connect the client’s Facebook Page and their LinkedIn profile or company page, then add them to that client’s workflow.

Yes. Turn on existing content in the workflow and PostOnce queues the client’s older posts to the new account on a publishing schedule you set. New posts keep flowing as usual.

Yes. Carousels, slideshows and photo posts are supported as well as videos. YouTube only takes videos, so photo posts go to every platform except YouTube.
