About PostOnce
PostOnce is a social publishing and crossposting tool for creators, teams, and agencies. Founder Nigel Yong built it in Montreal to turn one publishing workflow into a consistent presence across the channels you choose.

Why it exists
Built after doing the repetitive work firsthand.
Founder Nigel Yong built PostOnce around a straightforward frustration: publishing the same content across multiple social platforms takes time that is better spent making the next piece of content.
The product keeps the workflow practical. Connect the accounts you already use, decide how content should move between them, and publish new content—or eligible existing posts from supported source connections—without repeating the same upload process channel by channel.
PostOnce remains founder-led and close to its users. Product questions and support requests reach a real person, and the roadmap is shaped by the publishing problems creators and teams are actually trying to solve.
The workflow
One source. The destinations you choose.
PostOnce connects the accounts you already use, then carries content from a source channel to selected destinations. You can also create and schedule posts directly when that is the better fit.

How we build
Practical automation, with clear boundaries.
- 01
Keep the creator in control
You choose the source, destinations, schedule, and workflow. Automation should carry out your decisions, not make them for you.
- 02
Solve the repetitive part
PostOnce focuses on the operational work between creating a post and getting it onto every channel where it belongs.
- 03
Be honest about the edges
Social platforms change. We build around their official connections and keep improving the workflow when their rules or APIs change.
