## What PostOnce Does

PostOnce monitors connected social media accounts for new posts. When a user publishes content on one platform (e.g., Instagram), PostOnce automatically detects it and reposts it to selected connected platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, and Pinterest). This happens in near real-time using a hybrid webhook + polling sync system.

- **Content filtering**: Set rules to control which posts get crossposted (by type, hashtags, or platform).
- **Scheduled posting**: Schedule posts to go out at specific times across platforms.
- **Carousel support**: Crosspost multi-image carousel posts.
- **7-day free trial**: Eligible new customers can start a trial. A payment method is required and billing starts after the trial unless canceled.

### How It Differs from Scheduling Tools

Traditional social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) require users to create and schedule each post manually. PostOnce takes the opposite approach: users continue posting naturally on their preferred platform, and PostOnce handles distribution automatically. This is crossposting, not scheduling.
